The apartment was not very easy to find. Location sent was confusing with GPS. Once found, the apartment was pleasant with all the modern appliances. Neo as a host was unfortunately not always helpful, as she was slow to respond. There is another team managing the unit we later came to know of, who were very helpful and very responsive once we found them. My suggestion is to make clear who the main contact person from the onset, so guests have one line for communication. Modern apartment with all the modern appliances, but a few basics like small tea, sugar, coffee, bottled water for the initial day would have been welcome, especially for guests coming from out of the country, on late flights, where there is no opportunity to go to a supermarket. With more customer care, apartment has great potential for a good experience.
