Shane’s place is by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Shane and Elizabeth have gone over and beyond to make their place feel like home. The neighbors are friendly, the area is peaceful, and I was able to have my dogs. My favorite is the train that goes by every so often. I’ve always lived near train tracks.. it made their home feel even more like my home. Thank you, I will definitely stay again.. ps.. on Thursday at the little restaurant in Delta( Jaxs ) they have steak night and the Ribeye was probably the best I have ever had!! What a Great little community!

This stay was perfect for our joirney on a more rural route through Missouri. The little town of Perkins is unique with a quaint local feel. The accommodations were perfect for my best friends, their 3 month old and I (can fit a good amount of people!) Space is well kept and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for us to fix dinner after a late night check in. Beds are comfy & warm. We personally loved the trains that passed by which do indeed announce their presences. We went out of our way for this stay because of the great price and it was absolutely worth it for the home feel and peaceful vibe of an "off the beated track" town.
