Dream beach house! This three-story home is located just steps away from the soft, sandy beaches of Rockanje. As you step inside, you'll be greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The backyard is perfect for hosting barbecues or just enjoying the sun. It is complete with a high-end grill. The beach is only 2 minutes walk away where you can take in the beautiful sunset, go for a swim in the ocean or enjoy the amazing restaurants. Welcome to your Dream beach house! This charming Three-story home is located just steps away from the soft, sandy beaches of Rockanje. As you step inside, you'll be greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring comfortable sofas and chairs for lounging and an outside fireplace for cozy evenings. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a large, rustic table that seats six, and an elegant chandelier that sets the mood for a romantic dinner or a family gathering. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for you and your guests. It includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a welcome package. The kitchen also leads out to the patio, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking up the sun. Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, and a 2 person sleeping bed. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed (210x180, SWISS SENSE) The backyard is perfect for hosting barbecues or just enjoying the sun. It is complete with a high-end grill and plenty of seating. And of course, the beach is only a few steps away, where you can take in the beautiful sunset, go for a swim in the ocean or enjoy the amazing restaurants.

Das Haus von Jelmar hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine tolle Lage (Strand zu Fuß erreichbar) und in der Nähe der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich. Auf jede Frage wurde schnell geantwortet und wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflugsziele (zum Beispiel Brielle) erhalten. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen.

Lage des Hauses Perfekt, Jelmar ist ein guter Gastgeber, Haus wird gerade noch renoviert, aber es hat alles was man braucht

Sehr Schönes Haus, tolle Gegend, super Vermieter. Besser geht es nicht. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder in dieses Haus zurück

Wir haben bei Jelmar einen wunderbaren Urlaub als kleine Familie verbracht. Jelmar ist ein sehr zuverlässiger und zuvorkommender Host. Die Wohung ist klar zu empfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, die Wohnung ist echt schön und hat durchaus Potential zur Perfektion. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht an Geräten, Gewürzen und Geschirr. Die gute Kaffemaschine und der Milchschäumer sind gesondert zu erwähnen:-). Das große Bett ist super bequem. Das oben erwähnte Potential der Wohnung wird aktuell noch nicht ganz ausgeschöpft, weil die Wohnung teilweise noch nicht fertig renoviert ist. Oben fehlen Lichter, Türen und aufjedenfall (gerade mit Kind) eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer. Trotzdem geben wir der Unterkunft 5 Sterne, weil wir uns gut mit dem Erwähnten arrangieren kann. Gerne wieder. Danke Jelmar :-)
