Beautiful home away from home! Close to everything. Nice and peaceful area! Mondo even checked on us during our stay. We will book again. We spent time at the beach, did some shopping and ate out. Enjoyed Wilmington!

Mondo’s place was great! Extremely clean and very up to date and modern. Pictures definitely represented the property. Communication was top notch. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays in the area!

Immaculate home and even prettier in person than the pictures. Very quiet, private setting. Mondo was a friendly and helpful host. Beautifully decorated and outfitted well for a group. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and big table for hanging out together at night. Our group of six adults was very comfortable for a long weekend - perfect getaway and short drive to UNCW and downtown. Will definitely book again!
