The spacious primary suite is upstairs with Lux Purple Cal King as well as an en suite bathroom w/ shower & soaking tub while the secondary bedroom is downstairs right next to the other bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 twin loft bed. The large couch and a twin airbed is also available as needed. The living room has hardwood floors and a sliding door goes out to your private backyard. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking including stove, dishwasher, blender, ice maker, pots, pans, electric wok, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, and spices among other necessities. Waters, K-Cups, Creamer, Snacks, Premium Shampoo/Conditioner, & Body Wash complimentary. The garage/game room has Pop a Shot, Foosball, and Cornhole among other toys/games. There’s also a gazebo, wine bar, and Weber grill. The enclosed backyard offers ample space for relaxation and activities under the Californian sunshine. You're a short distance from downtown Concord, with access to some wonderful restaurants. BART is only a few blocks from the house. Also nearby you’ll find miles and miles of trails along Mt. Diablo and through the valleys, and the wonderful Concord Community Park with open spaces, picnic tables, Tennis, Basketball, and a Public Swimming Pool. CVS and Safeway are also nearby, 5-10 min walk. Plenty of parking with a private driveway that easily fits 2 cars and up to 4 cars in tandem, and additional street parking available. There is a separate & private airbnb guest suite attached to the home. This is the back half / main unit with private access to backyard & gameroom.
