Upon arrival we noticed the house did not have heated water as listed, this was due a problem with a recent installation. The host tried to resolve this as quickly as possible nonetheless technicians were at the home from 2:30pm to 8:00pm. They temporarily fixed the problem. The hot water would shut off mid shower and would result in having to shower with cold water the rest of the time there. Regardless of the water situation the house was beautiful, the host was very responsive and helpful. The home was a short drive to the city center. Joanne responded to messages very quickly, and compensated for the water situation. I would visit again.
