Villa Bohemia is a luxury home, decorated with a tropical boho style, perfect place for accommodation and pleasant rest in Punta Cana Village. Located in a private community (24 h. security) & walking distance from supermarket, shopping, parks, playground, tennis courts, restaurants and just few min drive from the airport, 5 min drive to the golf course, beach bars, luxury beach clubes and Ecological Reserve with natural lagoons. Within 10 min from the famous Coco Bongo Show and Disco! Villa Bohemia has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms at the 2-nd floor and 2 bedrooms and a maid bedroom at the 1-st. 1st floor: - 1st master bedroom has the KING size bed, smart TV, AC, its own bathroom and dressing room. It is possible to prepare QUEEN sofa bed on request. - 2nd bedroom has QUEEN size bed, AC, its own bathroom. It is possible to prepare extra TWIN bed to sleep on request. 2nd floor: - 3rd bedroom has KING size bed, smart TV, AC. (this bedroom has shared bathroom with the 4-th bedroom) - 4th bedroom has QUEEN size bed, AC. It is possible to prepare extra TWIN bed to sleep on request. (this bedroom has shared bathroom with the 3-rd bedroom) - It is possible to prepare the playpen bed for baby on request. At the 2nd floor we have mini Gym & SPA Terrace in the fresh air, where you can make yoga, workout with dumbbells or enjoy massage at home and relax in a jacuzzi with a hydromassage. Villa has a comfortable equipped kitchen (coffee maker, juicer, blender, microwave, etc.), beautiful dining and living area with large outside terrace where you can enjoy the view, swim in a private pool and make BBQ))). The villa has all necessary for accommodation and pleasant rest with your family and friends!!

We loved Evgeniya’s place. The home was more than I expected and the community was peaceful with walkable restaurants. Our host was responsive, kind, proactive and very welcoming. I would recommend staying here.

Our family of 8 felt right at home in this house. The pool was gorgeous and although the indoor space isn't huge it was very spacious. They were flexible with our check-in which was very helpful and Vera even recommended a car rental company that came in handy when our original reservation fell through. The location is central and close to restaurants, beach clubs and amenities. The house is in a real residential neighborhood so it is more for family groups and not for parties. I would definitely stay here again!

Evgeniya and Vera were really great to talk too, responsive, and easy to work with. The home was beautiful, peaceful and close enough to walk to some restaurants and shops. The stay was an overall great experience at the home and would recommend!

Punta Cana Village is a family gated community. You can reach anything you might need within walking distance: pharmacy, restaurants, medical center, banks, catholic church, etc. New mall (BlueMall) and Nacional grocery store are located just 3 min away by car. Playa Blanca, one of the nicest beaches, is just 5 min away by car.

HERE WE HAVE SEVERAL BEACHES THAT YOU CAN VISIT:
1.-The nearest is PLAYA BLANCA BEACH CLUB & RESTAURANT 5 min by car. The beach has minimum consumption $50 per person, this deposit will be used in your final bill. (it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks), it is luxury and clean place with chaise longues and umbrellas, showers and WC.
2.-MARE restaurant at LA CANA GOLF & BEACH CLUB 7 min by car (For the clients of resort). The beach has minimum consumption $30 per person (it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks), it is luxury and clean place with chaise longues and umbrellas, showers and WC.
3.- API BEACH AT CAP CANA, in 20 min by car, has the bar & restaurant, the beach has minimum consumption 25$ per person, it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks (has chaise longues and umbrellas, showers and WC)
4.- LITTLE JOHN restaurant at JUANILLO BEACH in 20 min by car, has the bar & restaurant, the beach has minimum consumption 20$ per person, it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks (has chaise longues and umbrellas, showers and WC)
5.- PEARL BEACH CLUB, 25 min by car, has the bar & restaurant, the beach has minimum consumption 25$ per person, it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks (has chaise longues and umbrellas, showers and WC)
6.- THE BEACH RESTAURANT JELLY FISH, 30 min by car, the chaise longues only for clients of the restaurant or bar.
7.- BIBIJAGUA PUBLIC BEACH, 30 min by car, the chaise longues only for clients of the restaurant or bar.
8.- CANA BAY BEACH CLUB AT HARD ROCK HOTEL (Needs reservation), 40 min by car, the beach club has minimum consumption 25$ per person (it is prohibited to bring meals & drinks), it is luxury and clean place with chaise longues and umbrellas, showers and WC.
9.- MACAO PUBLIC BEACH, 30 min by car, don't has charge but the chaise longues are per extrafee and don't has WC and showers.
