Great experience staying at Elin’s place. The surroundings and views are wonderful, short walking distance to the village where you can find every basic needs. Lots of hikes around. The cabin is cute and peaceful. Just the right place to unwind. We befriended some of the locals from the village whom where incredibly sweet and helpful during our stay. You NEED to be into this kind of experience (meaning active and out of your comfort zone type of holidays) to appreciate the cabin since there is a short but very steep walk to access the cabin and there is no running water there, so be aware of those conditions. We are used to this kinds of trip and that’s why we absolutely loved it! It’s all worth it once you’re dinning in front of that incredible view over the mountains and the fire place is going strong :)

It is definitely the place we will visit once again. If you want to find peace and come down mentally, that is the perfect location with an amazing view. We definitely enjoyed the cozy and authentic environment of the house next to the wild nature. If you are lucky enough, you might even see the deers passing by in the morning. Read the description carefully. The house has only the basic needs, anyway that was enough for us. Elin and Kåre are one of the best hosts we have ever met. Super helpful and friendly. Thank you guys for having such a great time. We enjoyed it very much 😊

Great and beautiful place to stay when you are in the area. This was THE Norway experience. Beautiful cabin with stunning views.

Dette er Hytte - skikkelige god hytte, vi kommer igjen ( jente 7år). Dritt vaker utsikt, gøy på hytte og rund hytta og mann lærer seg være uten mobil.(gutt 10år). Hytte ligger på sted med nydelig utsikt, 10min. fra Hammaren aktiviry park.
