Every detail has been carefully chosen to ensure a comfortable and stylish stay. complemented by a serene private balcony overlooking a lush and peaceful environment. Convenience is at your doorstep with a variety of excellent grocery stores, restaurants, and bars, within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bright, cozy, and fully equipped - making it the perfect "home away from home" and perfect for long-term stays. The two king size beds are super comfortable! The apt has high-speed WiFi and Cable TV. It's in a small 4-unit building on a beautiful, quiet little street in the midst of everything. It has hurricane windows, making it soundproof. CitiBike rental station around the corner. Walking distance to the beach, through pedestrian-friendly and entertaining Lincoln Road. Short walk to Sunset Harbor. We provide hand sanitizer and surface cleaner. We clean and disinfect door handles, tv remotes etc. We offer remote check-in. We follow DBPR sanitation guidelines 61c-3.001. A wonderful oasis in this vibrant and tropical summer paradise. Perfect both for short and long stays

Super clean, well designed space. Wonderful location. Lovely little balcony patio. Beds were VERY firm to my taste, but to each their own.

You can tell that the interior has been completely redone to a very modern and tasteful standard. When you look at the building from the outside, you don't expect what you get inside - and that's a good thing. Was in town for a conference and the location was very convenient with walking distance to anything you could need/want in that particular area. The host Adam sent lots of messages and was eager to assist in any way possible.
