Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! The host was incredibly attentive and ensured that our arrival was seamless. The space was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. Everything was impeccably clean, and the host provided all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable.

Very nice place and in a good location. Brian had a great recommendation for breakfast. No issues at all, easy getting in and out.

We had a good time. Communication with Brian was good from the start! He wrote back within an hour and was very friendly. The check-in instructions were simple and clearly described. The accommodation was very clean, everything we needed was there and we felt right at home, we didn't miss anything! We had a problem and he came to us straight away to help us and fix it. That was awesome! A very friendly and helpful host! It was good to get to know him in person! If you are in Philly, stay here!

Overall the place itself was nice and as it is in the pictures. There is pretty much everything you need in the apartment. As a note there is just street parking so there is no dedicated parking space which was not the most clear in the listing. The main issue we had was with the communication of the host. On the day of us checking in we were told last minute we would have to check out an hour earlier. When we expressed that would conflict with our work schedules and was inconvenient our messages were ignored. We would have to ask questions multiple times only to get responses that were unrelated to our original ask. For example, we had an issue with our internet going out for several hours and made him aware but he instead kept sending us messages about it being trash day. I had to call him out for ignoring our messages for him to address our urgent needs. The place was honestly nice but ultimately we were less than impressed with the responsiveness and consideration of the host.
