What an absolute gem! The room had the WOW factor, it was huge, modern, beautifully decorated and very private on the top floor of a gorgeous villa. Everything was immaculate and our hosts Esther and Paul were lovely and welcoming. Great communication to check we had everything we needed. Fabulous bathroom and kitchen area. We even had a glass of bubbly on arrival! Set in a peaceful area just 5 mins walk to the metro which takes you straight to the city, train stations and also on to the beach. We strolled leisurely from the house through the city, then on to Scheveningen beach which took 2 hours then got the tram back in the evening. 5 mins walk to excellent choice of shops, restaurants and the Saturday market. We came to run the Zuiderpark ParkRun which was a 2.5 mile warm-up run to get to., so ideal for us. Would recommend staying here 100%

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood to stay in Den Haag, I highly recommend Esther’s place to you! It is a bit away from the city centre, but the tram station is just 3min away, with an Aldi and a high street just around the corner. The studio flat is on the attic of the house, quite private and spacious, with amazing sound proofing. There’s a TV right in front of the bed, and there’s a fridge and a microwave in the kitchenette. The toilet is separated from the bathroom which makes it much easier if you’re traveling with another person. Esther was also an amazing host. She was constantly checking in with us about our stay, replied real fast, and would recommend amazing restaurants around here;) The room was a bit cold during the night, but with the extra blanket it was not too bad. An amazing stay here overall speaking!

Alles was piekfijn in orde. Badkamer, kamer zijn heel netjes. Ideaal als je wil citytrippen maar je toch in een rustige omgeving wil verblijven. Tram om de hoek waarmee je op 10 minuten in het centrum bent. De ruimtes bevinden zich op de derde verdieping in het huis van de eigenaar waar verder niemand komt. Dus je hebt volledig je eigen privacy. We komen graag terug!

Un logement et un accueil très sympathiques, dans une petite ville charmante. Tram facile pour le centre de La Haye. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Esther is a wonderful host, very responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants. Going to Delft or The Hague is a breeze : 15 to 20 mn by tram which run every 10 mn.
