This place was exactly what we were looking for! Comfortable and with lots of beds and space for 3 families with kids to hang out. The yard was fenced in, perfect for the dog! Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were plentiful, and there weren't any passive aggressive signs like at some air bnbs. The recent updates are stylish but the character of the home shines through. It's right on the main drag but you wouldn't know it from inside - very quiet. We went to Black Creek for a hike and also the Phoenicia Diner - a must!! Lovely area, we'll likely be back.

This was our second great stay! The bedrooms are well-sized, but it's the spacious (and very comfortable) living room that makes this house the perfect place to relax with family and friends. Very clean and nicely decorated. Easily parked four cars.

Manuel's place was lovely. So many amenities, the house was huge, and close to town and nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend

Susanna was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries. We really appreciated flexible check in as we were traveling with several children approaching their nap times. The house is beautifully decorated, and offers plenty of space to hang out with the family. We really enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen with a large window, sipping coffee and birdwatching. As it is a historic home, the floors and doors were quite squeaky and rooms were not very soundproof. Also, the stairs are quite slippery so you must be very careful, especially with small children. I was going downstairs with an infant in my arms and fell down the last few steps. (Baby is unharmed but my bum is not!) The house is right off a fairly busy freeway, but it still felt serene and quiet while being only minutes away from downtown Kingston. All in all a great place for a large family gathering!

Exquisite home about a 7 minute drive from the heart of Kingston. The space is immaculately decorated, large, warm and welcoming — so nice you won’t want to leave. Hosts are responsive and attentive. Plus, lots of great restaurants and shopping in nearby Kingston. Will absolutely be coming back.
