We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very close to the Bala Cranberry Festival. We enjoyed cooking in the well equiped kitchen. The dining table allowed us to eat all together. We enjoyed the games available and the dart board. The cottage was super clean. We also enjoyed walking on the road and trails that we found off the road. The view was beautiful.

The pictures don’t do the place justice! It’s much bigger than I imagined and so clean. It is probably one of the best cottage experience we’ve had, thanks to Leah’s extremely well stocked kitchen and amenities. The lake view is serene and calm. Check in and communication were seamless. We would book again in a heartbeat in the future!

Leah’s place is wonderful for families and larger groups, we didn’t need to bring anything as the house had everything needed from games to towels to cutlery to cooking utensils, it was such a breeze and my entire family felt right at home. The only gripe we had was that the sun did not hit the dock at all, not Leah’s fault just unfortunate for the time of the year with the suns movement and the tall trees, other than that it was a perfect family vacation cottage.

My family had a fantastic stay at Leah's cottage. The cottage was very spacious and clean and we really felt at home when we were there. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family and more. In addition to the outdoor amenities (we spent a lot of time out on the lake with the kayaks and floaties!), the indoor space was perfect for my family on cooler days. My boys loved the foosball table and we enjoyed a lot of family games after putting our toddler to bed. The dock area is spacious with lots of sitting areas, while the lake itself is beautiful and the water was surprisingly warm. There was a shallow area which was great for little children, as well as a deeper area off the end of the dock for swimming. There is also a fantastic (and well-maintained) grassy area which was great for lawn games. Thank you, Leah, for sharing your property with us! We would be very happy to stay here again!!

Leah’s cottage was beautiful. It felt calm and serene. The kitchen was extremely well stocked - more spices here then I have at home. The beds were comfortable (even for my sister who has a bad back!). The dock was a good size and the dogs could walk out into the water. At the end of the dock, it was about 8 feet deep so the kids could jump off (adults would touch the bottom). There were a LOT of board games and puzzles for rainy days. Great kayaks available for use. The lake was beautiful. Would definitely come again.
