Our modern, spacious, and renovated studio apartment is designed to offer you tranquility and relaxation. It is located in the heart of the historic center of Heraklion, right on 1821 Street, a breath away from the Holy Temple of Agios Minas, the famous Morozini Square (Lions' Square), all the bustling commercial streets of the city, as well as the museums within the historic center. It has easy access to all means of transportation. The Space Our 48-square-meter apartment is on the first floor. Although it is a studio, it is designed without visual contact from the bedroom to the living room. It consists of a bedroom area with a double bed with a memory foam mattress and an air conditioning unit, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table that can also be used as a desk, a smart TV, an air conditioning unit, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful cobblestone street of 1821 Street. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances, stovetops, and a refrigerator. In the kitchen, you will also find our own olive oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, and coffee. A baby high chair and a crib are also available upon request. Our additional amenities include free WiFi access throughout the apartment and all bathroom essentials. Traditional raki will be waiting for you in our apartment to welcome you!

A perfect stay! Nothing is missing. Quiet apartment despite its most central location. 1st floor, no elevator but wide ladder. Paid parking space just meters away.
Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Check- In war unkompliziert und es ließ sich alles von der Unterkunft fußläufig erreichen- perfekt um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Nido is located just 1 minute walk from the Holy Monastery of Agios Minas, 2 minutes from the famous Morozini Square (Lion Square), considered one of the most beautiful Venetian monuments in Heraklion, and the Basilica of Agios Markos, built by the Venetians, which houses the Municipal Art Gallery and the Venetian Loggia that houses the City Hall. Just a little further down, you will come across the Church of Agios Titos, proclaimed as the Cathedral of the Archdiocese of Crete. Continuing your walk along the beautiful pedestrian street of 25th August, you will encounter the old Venetian harbor where you can visit the Venetian Fortress (Koules). The apartment is also just a 4-minute walk from Eleftherias Square and the bus stop to the archaeological site of Knossos, with a bus journey of 20 minutes. The Venetian Walls with the tomb of Nikos Kazantzakis are approximately an 8-minute walk away.
There is a private 24-hour parking lot at a distance of 150 meters, along with a supermarket and a dry cleaner. Right below the apartment, there is a pharmacy and commercial stores.
Heraklion is a city filled with beautiful sights, and Nido is the ideal accommodation to discover them.
You can get around either with your own car or by taxi or bus. You can also use the free city buses to various destinations within the city walls. Additionally, for your transportation needs, you can use the free bicycles provided by the Municipality of Heraklion. For longer trips, the buses of KTEL Crete will take you to all the island's destinations.
