The guest house was the third one I’ve stayed at in Orlando and Winter Park. By far the best in every respect. Will return on my annual trips.

This place is perfect for a couple visiting Winter Park. It was quiet, private, clean, and beautifully up to date! There was a basket of snacks, water bottles in the fridge, and coffee/tea. Such a nice touch. PLUS my boyfriend left his pants, and the cohost offered to ship them within an hour after checkout (a Sunday) and sent the tracking info the next day. He didn’t even ask to be reimbursed, SO kind. 10/10 recommend.

Just book it. Perfect location, superbly clean and decorated and the bed is super comfortable. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Love Leon's little cottage.
