Experience a WORKING (formerly Amish) farm in the heart of rural southwest Montana. Off-grid (solar) yet cozy, we are the perfect fit for those looking to escape the stress of the city for a simple farm experience. Your experience will be rustic, grounded, and unique. Local attractions include Hot Springs, Hiking, Rafting, Biking, Dirt biking, 4-wheeling, Fly Fishing, ATVs, Caverns, National Parks, Ringing Rocks, and Mining Towns. 17 minutes S of I-90. Experience Nature Tent #2 in our pasture. This is one of four separate tents which are a short walk from parking and the bath house where you'll have your own private bathroom, with horse trough shower, corresponding to your tent number. (listing is for a single tent) We are an active farm, so do not expect the "Ritz" or any fancy gardens. We do have free-range poultry, so expect some animal droppings on the property. Experience the stars as you've never seen them before. Our views are unbeatable and your experience with us will be memorable. Bring your binoculars - you never know when you might get a glimpse of the majestic Montana wildlife! Meet the farm animals or watch for bald eagles and deer and even possibly meet our resident moose family. We are surrounded by National Forest and untamed rivers that make us the perfect location for your next adventure. The tent/bath house is off-grid (solar), so expect the electricity to have limitations. Charging station in nightstand. We maintain redundant High-Speed Internet with download speeds averaging 100 Mbps so you can stay connected. Renova Hot Springs is just a mere 6 miles away if you want to enjoy a rustic experience beside the Jefferson river.
My friends and I had a fun girls night out at Michael and Janessa’s place. Everything was so clean and comfortable. It was risky to book a tent this late in the season, given the weather can change each day. It ended up dropping to freezing or at least very close to freezing overnight! The hosts provided plenty of down blankets to keep us warm. The scenery is beautiful and the location is peaceful. Although, as the hosts clarify in their description, it is a working farm and you need to be prepared for a LOT of animal noise thru the night. All in all it was a fun stay, but I will definitely wait for warmer weather to try again!
These tents are so wonderful to stay in. It was great to experience a working farm and enjoy some time in the country. Jennessa and Michael are wonderful hosts, friendly, polite, and attentive. The views are absolutely gorgeous. You are in a field looking out on the tobacco root mountains which seem to be right there in front of you. The bathroom was so quant, I especially liked the round trough bathtubs. Everything was so clean, tidy and well organized. It was a very fun experience and I would highly recommend this stay to anyone
LOVED visit to Amish Daily! Best trip ever. Glamping tents perfect for adventure w/ nieces. Breathtaking views of mountains & farm scenery. Comfy bed, water, coffee bar & convenient private bathrooms close by. Morning espresso & latte drinks were convenient, tasty & nutritious with farm-to-table ingredients. Best lattes ever. Tents spacious, clean, well equipped & tastefully decorated. Farm animals friendly. Fun to watch while kids demonstrated milking cows & goats. Unbelievable views. Peaks, meadows, sun, clouds & snow-capped mountains. Hosts were gracious, sweet & so helpful with check in, check out & recommending excursions (Yellowstone within driving distance), local hot springs, even cave tours! Plenty of leisure time which was peaceful & serene. Much needed relaxation. Feel healthier after stay. Saw deer, antelope & birds. Descriptions good. Remote, but easy directions to get to. Highly recommend ”Glamping” there. Lovely hosts, farm animals, gracious kids. Thank you Manleys!
Planned girls outing for me & girlfriends. Some of us are campers & others prefer motels. What a great compromise—glamping! We reserved all 4 of the tents. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a big friendly dog. A farm girl as a child, I enjoyed seeing the animals, especially the cows & horses. The tents were sturdy, immaculate & attractively decorated. The succulent shaped pillows were adorable😉. The tents were furnished with a breakfast bar, couch & a very comfortable bed. The mountain view was breathtaking & constantly changing w/ sunrise, sunset, & cloud formation. Our hosts were welcoming & informative. They suggested the Bozeman Mineral Hot Springs, Lewis & Clark Caverns, & Yellowstone Nat’l Park as points of interest. We all agreed on the hot springs & were not disappointed. We all had a great time. Thank you so much Michael, Jenessa & kids for a fantastic getaway! When I bring my family to Yellowstone, we will be return customers.

Our farm is set off the road by over 1/2 mile. The only thing you'll see around you is the on-goings of farm life. Our nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile away. Centrally located for those wishing to experience Yellowstone, Lewis and Clark Caverns, Historic Virginia City and Ennis, Bozeman, Butte, Helena, Twin Bridges, Sheridan, and Silver Star. We are blessed to have Mountains, Valleys, Rivers, Lakes, Caves, Animals, and Natural Hot Springs just to name a few. Yup - it's pretty much Paradise!
Centrally located between Butte, Bozeman, and Helena. We are about 20m south of Interstate 90 from Whitehall, and about 20m north of Twin Bridges. We are conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Round Barn venue in Twin Bridges and 20m from the Copper K Barn venue in Whitehall.
