The place was very safe , especially for the kids. Close to the beach and everything. It was actually on the centre of every place that we visited.

We recently had the pleasure to stay at this apartment and overall it was a fantastic experience with the location being one of the highlights, as the apartment was withing walking distance to Diaz beach. This allowed our teenagers to easily enjoy the day and night life without the need for transportation. The accommodation was well maintained, providing a comfortable space and all necessary amenities. However just to note, while the central location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, the sound of early morning traffic might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. Despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host's responsiveness and overall positive aspects of the accommodation far outweighed the minimal disturbance from traffic

I must say Kobus along with Cindy were great hosts! Their communication skills are up to par and their friendly demeanor made us feel right at home! They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we need! The space was clean and neat. I loved the view from the patio and accessibility to the swimming pool! Quality service!
