There are good and bad to say about our stay really and if a few of these things had been put right it would definitely be a 4/5. First the good: Access to the pool and gym which is a bonus A great sized apartment Large balcony Private beach Beautiful views Reception staff are lovely and helpful Aircay were quick respond with issues re:internet even though it was late when we checked in. It was good ‘value for money’ considering other properties we looked at. The bad… The only instructions present is how to log on to WiFi, no house instructions or helpful information it’s very much figure it out or contact Aircay which isn’t ideal The beds are really (really) uncomfortable The noise outside is a real issue when you’re staying in the main bedroom The apartment needs a lot of maintenance The smell from the drain in the main bathroom is foul!! The floors get soaked due to the door opening outwards. Dust and dead insects when we arrived all over surfaces and floors

The view from this apartment is just outstanding! Lovely apartment and I would stay again! The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to respond to my request for extra keys and get us some missing items quickly. Have provided feedback on some thing’s that can be improved for an even better experience and the host was very receptive. Recommend staying and especially during NYE because you can see the fireworks at Burj Al Arab. Walk to resort beach, swim in pool, or walk on boardwalk! The resort also provides shuttle service at certain times to the mall of emirates. Convenient! Thank you Aircay!
