An absolute gem inside of the Kawarthas with all of the amenities you could ever want. The building has been recently updated and includes all of the things you would expect in a modern cottage like internet, comfortable beds, and kitchen requirements. However, the real reason is the access to excellent swimming. The dock is well maintained and the river is deep meaning that you will be able to enjoy a wonderful experience with teenagers and adults. Children supervision is required. The firepit is absolutely gorgeous and provides a wonderful view of the river while you roast s'mores and enjoy each others company.

This place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful and modern cottage, little to no bugs, big doc, locals are friendly, lots of items provided for us by the host, clean and lots of space, great communication from the host. Will absolutely be coming back!!

This cottage was beautiful inside and out. It had everything you could think of needing and was perfect for our needs. Kathleen was very responsive and responded quickly to any of our questions. The location is great for a family. There is good access to the river for swimming and to enjoy the water, even for toddlers, with plenty of space for the adults to sit dockside. A perfect spot to get away and relax.
