Zak was really responsive and flexible with our booking, we had to book very short notice when our last BnB cancelled on us so grateful we found somewhere so lovely. The guide to the house he sent over was helpful, the house was clean and bright and we had a nice stay.

It’s a very lovely house, perfect for a big group of family or friends with baby, as it provides baby’s essentials. We had a fabulous stay and we would like to stay here again for our next trip to London. Zak is a super lovely host, he always responds our messages and requests very quickly. Some minor issues sorted in a very short time. The nearest tube station is around 5 mins walk, and 15-20 mins walk to Hammersmith. Bus 94 is also a convenient way to central London. 5 mins walk to small supermarket, 15-20 mins walk to a bigger supermarket. Well facilitated kitchen, clean bathroom, large dinning area, cozy living room and laundry washing and drying machines, which feel liked home. The only cons was it nearby a pub, it was a bit noisy at Fri and Sat nights.

Pour 12 personnes la table de salle à manger est petite et il n'y avait que 6 chaises. A notre demande Zak nous a fait livreé le lendemain 4 chaises supplémentaires. Merci à lui. Logement trés agréable et chambres et salles de bain spacieuses.

Place was amazing for me and my friends, only a 20 minute walk away from an event we were attending, with plenty of spaces to sleep. Zak was very responsive with any questions I had about the property. Only minor issue is it is next to a noisy bar, but we adjusted quickly and only had issues with it on the first night.
