L'appartement d'Enrico "casa pelican" est exceptionnel : la vue sur la mer, Puerto de la cruz et le Teide est époustouflante. La terrasse est très agréable. La piscine représente un plus indéniable ( même si nous l'avons peu utilisée car un peu fraîche en ce mois de mars). L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé, fonctionnel. Merci à Enrico d'avoir ajouté , suite à notre demande, un micro-ondes, très pratique. Excellent accueil d'Enrico disponible, de bons conseils et de belles suggestions de visites. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons chaleureusement "casa pelican. Fin mars 2024.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail. Die Lage ist traumhaft! Man hat einen weiten Blick aufs Meer und auf den el Teide. Enrico - der Host ist Weltklasse. Er ist super herzlich und hilft wo er kann! Absolute Empfehlung!

We had an outstanding experience during our stay at Casa Pelican in North Tenerife. The communication with the host was exceptional; they were prompt, accommodating, and ensured we were on the same page throughout. What stood out even more was the special attention given to my daughter, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The studio exceeded our expectations with its extensive amenities, going above and beyond what was advertised. From the well-maintained pool to the thoughtful extras, our stay was truly delightful. Highly recommend this for a memorable and family-friendly getaway.

We were disappointed with this listing. First, it was difficult to find a parking space as there was no parking allocated for the suite. We were then met by Enrico, who lives downstairs and got the keys. Upon entering the suite, we were immediately struck by a strong chemical odor, probably due to overzealous use of bleach. However, there was a spacious balcony and a lovely view of the ocean and Mount Teide. The suite itself was in dire need of an upgrade as all the furnishings were old and of low quality. The color scheme was not pleasant on the eyes with an odd mix of bright orange and red colors of the rather low quality bedding, curtains and towels. There was a king size bed but sleeping was somewhat unpleasant as the pillows exhibited a musty odor and the bedsheets smelled of bleach. The portable electric stove kept turning off due to a warped frying pan. The bathroom door did not close completely as it did not fit the frame. We could not use the pool as the water was very cold

Traumhafte Unterkunft, man fühlt sich fast wie im Himmel, einfach Perfekt. Die Aussicht fantastisch auf den Teide und das Meer, dazwischen die Palme. Herrlich. Sehr bequemes Bett, alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool eine wunderbarer Abkühlung. Man ist privat in der Wohnung, hat aber Enrico (Vermieter) direkt darunter in seiner Wohnung. Er kann auch wundervoll italienisch kochen, gegen Bezahlung. Er ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, man fühl dich wohl. Er kommt nicht ungefragt, nach oben in die Wohnung. Zu beachten: es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber dafür hat man 24/7 den Pool zum abkühlen vor der Nase. Fazit: alles perfekt, Wohnung nur zu empfehlen, ruhige Lage, Auto ist zu empfehlen, da das Apartment in einem Wohnviertel liegt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erst weiter oben im Ort vorhanden sind. Autobahn-Anbindung ist super, 5 min den Berg hoch und man kommt in alle Richtungen (Teide, Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz, Lorbeerwald & Strände im Süden).
