pro's: host is responsive but not too friendly. Listing area is peaceful and safe. boo's: the listing has live bed bugs (evidence was provided). We reported it to the Host instead of hearing an apology he responded "light attracted by eco system" @nothing follows. pool: host payment in monthly due not updated, so we need to pretend tht we are staying in other unit just to get pool pass. No clear instruction provided on what we need to do to use pool. We're renting lot's of listing and normally pool is ready to use or there is instant message for instruction provided so we do not need to ask one by one to the Host on what to do. At first, office refuse to issue access to pool, instead of saying sorry to us the Host blame us for not contacting him first which we are not informed by him on what we need to do. As we felt not welcomed, we left a day early. I asked to issue a refund for unspent night due to issues we had, Host refused and we left empty handed but it's okay he can have my 2k.

Superb place, there are just a few minor stuff that could have been improved. Like bathroom could be a little cleaner. Remnants of old toiletries are left and looked like trash. Screen Door lock is broken. Other than that, Exactly like the decription and the pictures posted. Really cold AC. Lloyd is really responsive. Value is competitive, but i really think for the price, it should include the AC in the living room as well (you need to pay extra for that) . Parking is nice. Its a little hard to find the place at night but once you get there, its easy to go in and out. In summary, its a good 4 to 4.5 stars I would say.
