The apartment is very clean, plenty of storage space and quite well equipped. The terrace is ok but is not very private & the only views are the apartments opposite & they are quite close. The biggest problem for us was security- the locks on the terrace doors did not work and a total lack of blinds or curtains on the same doors- so no privacy possible in the main living areas. The communal garden & pool is very small but well kept. The apartment is in a good location being 1 kilometre from either Javea Port or Arenal Beach so its great for morning walks along the front. Sandra was easy to contact & responded to all messages quickly. However, some improvements to consider for future; 1. Fix the locks 2. Get instructions for TV etc printed in English & leave in the apartment 3. Produce a guest bookket with local information & recommendations 4. Consider replacing the TV with a Smart version that guests can cast to 5. Put a TV in the main bedroom

Fabulous location. Easy walk to the Port, and some lovely restaurants and bars. The flat was quiet although bearing in mind we were there at a quiet time of the year. Really well maintained apartment, and responsive host. Felt right at home!
