The apartment is opposite the magnificent and spacious Royal Park and a short stroll from Princes Park. From the apartment, you can take a short tram ride to Melbourne Uni, the Queen Victoria Market or the CBD. You can explore the iconic Sydney road on foot and check out the many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Perfect for a couple or a solo person visiting Melbourne for work or holiday. The apartment is on the first floor of a two storey 70s block. It's set back from the street so it's very peaceful and quiet. Parts of the apartment have been fully renovated, other parts are more retro and retain their 70s charm. The apartment is where we usually live. We love to collect beautiful design objects and art. You're welcome to play our records, use our cookbooks and make yourself at home. We love to cook so the kitchen is well equipped with high-quality utensils and appliances. We have a Moccamaster for your morning filter coffee brew. We spend most of our time in the comfortable living room - which gets lots of natural light. The windows look out to the green trees that surround the block which also provide some privacy. In the living room we have speakers with excellent sound quality so you can play your favorite tunes. The balcony off the living room is spacious, you have a view of the rooftops and can see through to Royal Park. The bathroom is freshly renovated and has a large deep bath for your relaxation needs.
