Our stay at Dr. Raisa's place was honestly beyond our expectations. The overall service and especially the amenities and cleanliness were top-notch. We didn't have any problems staying there. There was cleaners coming every day on time, which made our stay more comfortable and convenient. Even Raisa herself came multiple times to check if everything was okay. Air-conditioning in every bedroom was a relief for us during the extreme heat wave. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment available. The location is also perfect, in the heart of Mohammadpur, which has literally every type of shop within walking distance. We are so happy and satisfied. Whenever I need an Airbnb again in Bangladesh, I'm definitely booking Dr. Raisa's place for sure.

Raisa was an excellent host during my three-day stay at her place. The house was tidy and well-lit, and having access to first aid kits was particularly beneficial for me. The demeanor of the security personnel and the housekeeper was commendable too. Overall, I was completely content with my stay and would certainly choose to stay there again in the future.

Dr Raisa was a wonderful host and the apartment was found to be the same. Any communication with her was always helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and functioning properly, it was a very smooth stay. There is plenty of space and lighting in the apartment, and I found the pictures had matched my expectations quite well. The check in process was smooth and the guard was very welcoming and helpful, we even returned a bit late a couple days and there was no problem. The stay here fit our needs perfectly. Although I personally can’t think of a critique for improvement, Dr Raisa seems very committed to making stays the best experience possible and seemed genuinely interested and receptive for any feedback to continue making this place as comfortable to stay in as possible.

We stayed here 3 weeks. Dr Raisa was responsive and we appreciated her checking in with us to see if we’ve settled in easily. The apartment is located in a convenient spot & was safe/ quiet. It’s pretty much looks as shown in the pictures. I wanted to give 5stars for this review but deducted 1 point as there are a few things that need to be fixed - eg the hot water system wasn’t working properly/at all; one of the window locks & a bathroom lock was broken; lack of mirrors in the apartment particularly near Power Points which made it difficult to dry hair etc; & the AC in one of the bedroom stopped working after a couple of days (we managed as there was a fan in the room & it was slightly cooler weather). However these things are easily fixable :) We really appreciated the bua (cleaner) that came to our place regularly-she was a massive help & was a very trustworthy and lovely person. I’d recommend this place to others if the above issues are fixed as this is a beautiful place :)

It’s outstanding experience to stay in Dr.Raisa’s place . It feels like my own home . Every thing is same, as like pictures. One thing i should must condemned that Dr. Raisa is amazing host , she was so helpful and very careful about her guests as well as she had a great responsive person.
