Big spacious house! Was not very clean! Keruig coffee maker did not work! No flat sheet only fitted and blanket on beds and Sam said cleaning people must have taken and did not offer to correct but did respond . No soap! Pool not accessible! Some electrical fixtures in ceiling with only wires no fixture! Some plugs not working !Living room tv would turn on but had to unplug to turn off! Remote had no batteries!House was not cozy or updated! Maintenance needed on outdoor living area and no outdoor furniture as described! Would not rebook ! Gate was locked on last night of stay while we were at our wedding and had to have someone come open gate, just a hassle!

Great accommodation and great communication

Sam was very helpful, nice and responsive. Accommodated our entire family. Some beds were missing bed sheets, house was dirty in certain areas, half of the light fixtures worked. It was a good stay and family did enjoy it. But just wished it was more cozy and clean.
