The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. New development in a very nice area, 2 bedrooms 1 full bathroom on second floor and kitchen, dining table, livingroom and laundry room on first floor, two can parking spaces, on close gate communitie, feel like at home with all needs covered, 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutesfrom South Padre Island.

The complex is a mixture of young owners living in units, long time rental and AirBnb listed units, the neighborhoods is very quiet and big gas station at the end of the street, low crime rate and only residential traffic.
