There was no need to go anywhere else. It was a beautiful, relaxing Mother's Day weekend, I will definitely stay here again!!!

Eric was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond and make sure everything was all set. His place was wonderful, I would definitely go back. Overall it was stupendous house and host.

House was very clean and inviting. The kitchen and living space open to the covered porch was so peaceful. Kids especially loved the pool. So nice there is a half bathroom in pool area and an outdoor shower. Hot tub was great and easy to adjust the temperature. The basket of towels was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The master bedroom is simply unbeatable. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with double shower heads and large soaking tub. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided in the garage to take to the beach. We visited Sanibel island and Naples. Some beaches and parks are still closed due to the hurricane damage. There are plenty of stores around this location, Target, Publix, restaurants and Top Golf.
