This place was in such a quiet and relaxing location. The house was very clean and she had all the main essentials for our stay. I highly recommend if your looking for time away and don't want to be around anything but nature!

Mandy has created a beautiful oasis of tranquility! We spent 2 nights here at the end of a week long vacation of hiking around middle Tennessee so we were tired and in need of some down time. The house is out in the country, away from traffic and city sounds. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, divine mattresses and buttery soft bed linens. The kitchen had all the necessities including a cheese grater which I needed when making hash browns! Well seasoned firewood is provided along with a bin that had a lighter, paper and a jug to put water in to take out to the fire pit to put out the fire. An unexpected but wonderful surprise was the half dozen fresh eggs she left for us from her own chickens. My cousin had never had eggs fresh from a chicken before- he’s a city boy after all! If you are looking for a place to relax and just breathe for awhile this is the place! Mandy was quick to respond and super nice! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Mandy!

this place is amazing. Mandy is so incredibly thoughtful. everything you need is there. The fresh eggs were a bonus. the beds are luxurious. The house and property look like a Hallmark movie. I plan to stay again, and paddle more of the caney river and hike.

Nice place away from the hustle and bustle. Huge master bedroom and TV lounge. I would have enjoyed it even more if I watched TV! :) The place was very clean. The only very minor downside is the driveway that is close to the house services another house, so there is some infrequent travel back and forth.

A true gem for a relaxing peaceful getaway and a memorable thanksgiving for us. It was well worth our 8 hour drive. Everything was provided as described. Great location to state parks and wineries. We were thankful for the nice gesture with farm eggs and chocolate. Mandy is a fantastic host and we hope to come back again!
