Welcome to our large bungalow located in a simple and family campsite in the middle of nature with private access to the river to cool off. Explore the Ardèche gorges, fascinating caves, wine estates or listed villages. Also enjoy tree climbing parks, horseback riding or canoeing. In the shade of the acacias, the bungalow is the ideal place to relax. Pleased to welcome you!! You will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed (new bedding), the other with a single bed. On request we can add an additional bed (mattress + sheets). The living room is composed of a large sofa (4 people) on which it is possible to sleep as an extra, a coffee table, a storage unit, satellite television, a few shelves. The kitchen part is equipped with a sink/mixer (new), a gas cooker (new), a fridge + freezer, a microwave oven, cupboards, cleaning products. The bathroom has a small bath, vanity unit and mirror. Separate toilets complete the property. A large veranda-type room, with modular openings, offers a pleasant space for meals (6 seats), or even for working. This is where the WIFI repeater is connected and therefore the signal is the strongest. A second small kitchen with gas stove and taps (cold water only) allows cooking outside the living room/bedrooms/bathroom area to avoid odors. It also offers additional storage space, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Finally, a pleasant terrace, equipped with garden furniture (4 places) and a gas barbecue/plancha, will offer you good moments of relaxation to read a book or have a drink. You can park your car a few steps away. Finally, it is by walking a few minutes in the middle of abundant nature that you will reach the Ardèche river to refresh yourself on hot summer days. You will be ideally placed to discover: -The Ardèche gorges (Vallon Pont d'Arc 45min by road along the gorges) -Aiguèze, a superb listed village (7 min). -Pont Saint Esprit, town overlooking the confluence of the Ardèche and the Rhone (5 min). -The St Marcel cave, which offers themed tours, wine tastings... (15 minutes). -Avignon (45min). -The "Accroche Aventure" park which offers tree climbing, climbing, escape games... (5 min) -The crocodile farm (18min) -The "Swing Family Park" which offers lots of fun activities for young and old (6 min). -The Ventajol estate and its wines (4min). - Horseback riding and baby pony (Le Mas du Roi, Les Ecuries de Patchanka, Terre à Cheval...) -The Spirou park with attractions for young and old looking for thrills (45min) Finally, at the campsite reception (2 minutes on foot), you will find a snack bar (pizzas, chicken, fries, ice cream, drinks, etc.) for snacks and treats.
