We had a wonderful time at Southern Nights! The entire community and home is beautiful and had great amenities like the pickle ball court and fitness center, and even filling up the propane tank for us. The beach is walkable but we typically used the seasonal tram - Samuel was such a sweet guy and so helpful! Having our own private pool was perfect for the times when we didn’t want to lug our stuff to the beach and get sandy. The only “con” I would say is that the home itself isn’t quite as sparkly clean as the photos look (we had a dead roach by the entrance when we first got there). It didn’t really bother us, just wanted to call it out for other potential visitors. Lastly - the hosts were so helpful! We had a handful of questions throughout our trip and they were kind and quick to reply. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time and definitely a 5 star stay. The house was a little older and could use some freshening up (paint, etc in the interior) but so can most short term rentals. We were advised early on of a couple items that were not 100% and I truly appreciated the advanced notice (they were minor.). We did have the cable and internet service repaired and they actually knocked out service for two days, but that was not the rental companies fault. The person I texted with each day was super helpful and very responsive. The house is nice with master bed downstairs and two bedrooms with a jack and Jill bathroom upstairs. There was also a separate apartment above the garage. The pool was a nice perk as was the bicycles for the family. Will definitely stay again!
