Erika went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We asked about a pack n play and they shipped a new one to the house! Definitely over and above customer service! The location was perfect for our visit. Super close to cute downtown Cuyahoga Falls, nice restaurants (Burntwood Tavern and Darby’s - yum!) local breweries (Missing Mountain), nearby playgrounds (Skip park in Stow), Cuyahoga Valley National Park for hiking and near local friends/family. Neighborhood was quiet. House was clean and a great size for our big family with 4 bedrooms, plenty of beds and a great screen porch. Kids loved the sunshine decorations and enjoyed the air hockey table. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to stay here again.

Pros: Location was fairly close to shops and restaurants and was a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, and 2 bathrooms. They allowed an hour earlier check-in, which was convenient because we were going to a concert. The king bed upstairs had a comfy mattress. Cons: This house needs some major TLC. Trim was not completed, one of the windows in the living room is broken and wouldn't close. There was trash falling out of the bins when we pulled up. The yard is unkept with weeds all over, the back porch was dirty with trash left behind. The stairs are unsafe with trimming that is a safety concern, the railing is coming off of the wall. There was a mess under the upstairs bathroom sink, there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in that bathroom as described. The smaller beds upstairs had uncomfortable mattresses. There was still laundry in the dryer and the electrical panel had no cover on it. The coffee pot was nasty dirty and broken.

So this is a new listing and I think with time the kinks will be worked out. The location is a 10/10 if you’re looking to be in a pretty central location to front street, Akron, not too far from canton, etc. it’s a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The space was decorated very cute and boho style. There was a nice outdoor space and some outside activities (football, air hockey). The beds were all comfy and so spacious! There was an issue with the TV but the host went above and beyond to try and fix this. Really my only complaint was with the cleanliness (especially the floors). Host was super receptive and I think this is something that can be easily fixed. Location was a 10/10 for us and our itinerary and overall the space was a complete bargain for the price! I think with time things will get worked out- esp with a receptive host :) I would recommend staying here and would use this host again!
