Had a fantastic Easter weekend here-6 adults, 4 kids and 1 dog. House was a great size for us all, easy to find and park and we liked the location. The only thing which let it down slightly was the garden. Would happily come back here.

Perfect location for seeing family, Saltwell Park and Newcastle. Easy access to the restaurants and takeaways. Large house for entertaining.

Very spacious property with lots of room, instruction books would have been helpful for heating TV and cooker, as would mirrors above the bathroom sinks, no scissors in the property. Overall we had a great stay .

The house was clean and a great space. Rooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. However, the communication from Yvette was very bad. She did not reply to 3 messages over a months period and I had to call her to get a response. We paid for late check out which was never confirmed and I had to call again when the email I received had the wrong checkout time. On the day of check out, which should have been 12pm, the cleaner turned up at 11:15 and told us she had been told we were leaving at 10am. I was really not impressed.
