The place was nice & clean. Feel just like in our own home. The host is very responsive, kind & helpful. My little girl had left behind her teddy and the host immediately went and check for us immediately after we told her. Thanks Ling for the superb service & hospitality 💜

The house was clean with comfy living area and airy kitchen with utensils to use and a big fridge but no water dispenser. Was a little disappointed over all the small bathrooms especially the one downstairs with no bidet near the toilet bowl, no doubt there's a water hose fixed to the water tank which was far and difficult to reach in order to use after answering the call of nature. Would have been more contented if the floor mats of all the bathrooms are thicker and absorben as theres no bathroom slippers provided. Had to sacrifice my towel for that purpose as legs get wet after each bathroom entry. Parking in the porch was satisfactory, can only accommodate 2 small cars but around the house surrounding was difficult as the road was conjested and narrow. Frankly, this unit was a little over priced.

The host is very helpful and very pro active. I realized after my booking that all the rooms are on the 1st floor. My parent are quite old and it is not possible for them to climb the stairs. I notify the host of our problems. The host proposed to move the queen size mattress to the ground floor and i agreed that it would be very helpful. When i arrived few hours later i was really shocked to see the mattress was move to the the ground floor to accommodate on my request .Me an my family will surely stay at this same place on out future travel to Balik Pulau.
