Everything Midtown Sacramento is right outside the door of this fresh and spacious efficiency apartment. Incredibly cool in the summer and cozy in the winter, the space provides comfort for work, hanging out or launching adventures. Housed in an historic 1908 building that was fully renovated in 2018, you will find all services (power, water and hvac) up to contemporary standards. A Visitor Permit for street PARKING is provided. Parking is plentiful. Renovation of the space completed 4/2023, this apartment is fresh and fashionable! Decorated with a modern wood and concrete vibe, the focus is cool comfort. Think high end hotel with the amenity of an efficiency kitchen.

great airbnb located in a lovely walkable neighborhood thats just a few blocks from restaurants/cafes. The place was super clean and private feeling!

Decorated very nicely! We needed to drop some things off earlier than check-in and Sue accommodated the request. We loved our stay!

Sue’s place is outstanding! it was private and the room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, adequate kitchen space and a lovely bathroom. Everything was clean and well appointed + there were several nice restaurants within walking distance. Would love to stay there again!

Our community was rated a 94/100 for walkability by City Guides! Located in the core of the Capitol Mansions Historic District, this property is what is known as "Foursquare" or box architecture. Capitol Avenue and L Streets were the main artery to the State Capitol and the downtown shopping district. The residents were merchants, politicians and physicians. Today there is pride of ownership displayed in the many remaining residences. The elms lining the streets were planted 100+ years ago. It all combines to offer a great ambience.
