Charming new construction conveniently located near Downtown Houston, the Galleria, the Memorial City Mall, the Marq-E Entertainment Center, iFLY Indoor Skydiving, and The Medical Center. Very nicely furnished 3 bedroom home (king bed in master suite, 2 queen beds in secondary bedrooms) with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. Off-street parking for up to 4 autos. Spacious backyard with covered patio. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Fully furnished single-family residential home with central heating & cooling, 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds), 2.5 bathrooms (large master bath with walk-in closet), off-street parking for 4 autos, large living room (seating for 7 with 1 sofa bed), large kitchen (stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, & refrigerator), dining areas (seating for 7), laundry room (full size washer, dryer, iron & ironing board), 2 smart TV’s, outdoor covered patio (seating for 4), and fenced back yard. The garage is reserved for owner storage and is not available to the guests. For extended stays (one month or more) the garage can be made available to the guests for an extra fee. Due to severe allergic reactions and allergies, service animals and emotional support animals are not allowed.

Great home!! No issues with the stay what so ever. Everything readily available. House was spotless. 20 minutes away from downtown Houston where all the main attractions are. The home is in the perfect location. Not too busy with all the downtown traffic, but close enough of a drive to all the attractions. Awesome place!
We had a wonderful time in Houston at Charm 3. The home was perfect for us. So much room for everyone! The location is perfect to I10, 610 and local attractions. We definitely will stay again when we are back in Houston. Richard checked in on us and was available if we needed anything. We highly recommend Charm 3 if you are planning to stay in Houston!!

Beautiful home, it was just like description and photos. We had a lovely time during our stay. We would stay here again and would recommend to others. Upon our arrival, we did notice some light, what looked like, scuff marks on wall going up the stairs. Just wanted to make you aware of it. All in all, a very nice place to stay.
Very clean house , Looks exact like the pictures beautiful quiet area near mostly everything . Airbnb owner was very nice and respectful and caring .

Parking for 4 autos in the driveway.
Located near a Metro stop.
We are located on a dead-end road so finding the home and getting in and out in a vehicle is very easy.
