A quelques pas de la Plage des Catalans et 10 minutes à pied du Vieux Port, venez profiter d’une escale apaisante dans ce charmant studio aux couleurs pastel! Entièrement climatisé, il dispose d’un vrai coin nuit, intime, derrière sa verrière et ses rideaux. Il vous accueillera, le temps d’un week-end ou davantage, seul en couple ou avec un enfant, au cœur d’un quartier prisé des marseillais comme des touristes. Situé au 1er étage d’un immeuble neuf, il est également adapté à l’accueil des PMR.

Uns hat es sehr gut in der Unterkunft gefallen und alles entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Wir würden persönlich von Romain empfangen und haben ein paar gute Tipps für die nähere Umgebung bekommen. Die Wohnung ist in einem neueren Gebäude gelegen und dementsprechend gut isoliert und ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch sehr gute Restaurants. Nicht zu vergessen der nur zwei Minuten entfernte Plage de Catalans mit Sandstrand... schöne Sonnenuntergänge, Beachvolleyballfelder, Bars, Restaurants...alles da. Zum Vieux Port kann man gemütlich laufen und kann so auch entspannt die (innen)Stadt zu Fuß erkunden oder einen schönen Spaziergang entlang der Küste machen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine wunderschöne Woche in Marseille verbracht!

We had a lovely stay at Ilmira & Romain's place. The apartment is very comfortable and had what we needed for a week. The area is really nice, super close to the promenade and a small beach. However, we were expecting more restaurants and overall more things to do nearby. We hadn't realized that most of the museums, and other touristic things to do were a bit far, around 20-25 minutes by foot. Nonetheless, this wasn't too much of an inconvience for us. Sometimes we walked there and other times we took the bus which was pretty reliable, and convenient since you can pay with a contactless card.

wir haben es sehr genossen, in ilmiras und romains apartment zu wohnen. sieht aus wie auf den fotos, ist sehr sauber und komfortabel und liegt in einer gegend, von der aus man viel erreichen und machen kann. zudem sind es keine 100 meter bis zum meer (plage des catalans). wenn man sich leicht aus dem fenster lehnt, sieht man es sogar. sauber, praktisch, modern, ohne überflüssigen kram und einfach zugänglich. sehr zu empfehlen!

We're a couple, half from Marseille, settled back here 12 years ago. Romain was lucky and traveled quite a lot, enjoying Airbnb's predecessors, mostly ending up on someone's couch for the night, everywhere, worldwide. A bit less often lately... Ilmira comes from Uzbekistan, after a tiny 2-years detour in Cyprus, where we met. She is welcoming our guests most of the time. We hope you will enjoy your journey in Marseille. We tried to put a bit of ourselves in our flats and hope you'll feel good here... We want you to have the best possible stay and can give you, if you wish, hints and tips about Marseille: places to visit, where to have a drink or dinner... we like to exchange with people from all over the world! We both speak English and French. Ilmira speaks Russian and Romain Spanish and (spoke) Turkish.
