Home away from home! I booked this apartment for 5 nights and it was the best choice to stay. Everything was perfectly taken care 1. Very spacious, clean and modern apartment equipped with everything we needed 2. Warm hospitality and very responsive host 3. Kitchen was well equipment for a perfect cooking experience 4. Most importantly great value for money 5. Convenient location and seamless check-in and check-out made it a perfect choice for a comfortable stay I would definitely come back to this apartment and would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Koblenz city

Positiv: ° Gute Lage ° Große Fensterfront ° Einfacher Check In ° Guter Kontakt ° Einrichtung ,( eigentlich) schön Negativ: ° Küche sehr schmutzig : ( Kaffeemaschine war gar nicht gereinigt, Kühlschrank,Mikrowelle ,teilweise Geschirr,die Schubladen innen schmutzig) ° Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet: ( Keine Küchenrolle,Spüllappen,keine Weingläser, nur 1 alte Pfanne ) ° Gefrierschrank vereist ,( Es befand sich noch Speiseeis darin) ° Matratzentopper im Schlafzimmer fleckig ° Die Vertikaljalousie war teils offen, funktionierte nicht richtig,bis gar nicht . Abends kann man so wunderbar in die Wohnung sehen... Fotos vorhanden Fazit: Wir wollten zur Silberhochzeit ein paar Tage in Koblenz verbringen. Auch wenn der Vermieter angeboten hat,jemanden zu schicken ,der sich das ansieht, haben wir abgelehnt. Es kann nicht sein,das an einem solch'wichtigen Tag noch fremde Leute um einen rum putzen, oder etwas reparieren. Das hat auch ein Preisnachlass nicht wieder gut gemacht.
Die stylische Wohnung mit Halbrunder Vollverglasung ist ausgestattet mit tollen Möbeln und einem bequemen Bett. Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein( professionelle Geräte. Vom Bahnhofsvorplatz in Koblenz ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der Altstadt von Koblenz
Eike was a terrific host and very responsive. The apartment is well designed and beautiful. The kitchen is very functional and stylish with Miele appliances. We really enjoyed our visit and stay. We had some issues and Eike was very responsive in fixing the problems. I would recommend it and happily stay again.
