Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.</p>

Overall nice experience in villa dimitra. This was late in the season, so we had rain (heavy rain one day), for which this house is not really "waterproof". Apart from this issue, for which nothing could be done during our stay, we appreciated the area, the garden, the pool and the neighbourood. Tenant representative was reactive when contacted.
We didn't meet our host, but the key was left for us. Agni Travel is a professional agency managing in a very efficient way the booking and answering questions when needed. We liked the house very much (AC, enough space, swimming pool -little but sufficient - outdoor equipment). The location is great - 10 min drive to Hania and the view is astonishing in the morning, perfectly suited for a peaceful holiday. The only things you should consider is that the house is close to another one (but separated and we were never disturbed and do not seen other occupants but maybe they were very quiet!) the garden could be maintain a little bit more and the terrace could be a little bit bigger! We experienced lovely holidays and we recommend this house and your services in Creta!
