The Charlton is the place to stay when in North Carolina. We had a great time. The hosts were outstanding. And we will recommend it to people, as well as stay there again.

Wow! What a gem!! This home was the cleanest spot we have ever stayed in. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and were so accommodating. The small touches of welcome snacks and toiletry bags for us were so thoughtful!!! The neighborhood is quiet, and is a prime location, you’re less than 30 minutes from Jacksonville and 30 minutes from the beach! Swansboro is full of beautiful spots and really great restaurants- there is truly so much to do and after a day of exploring this home was just what we needed to relax and rejuvenate. The back yard was wonderful, we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening enjoying the warm weather and talking- knowing it was fenced in and our kids could play without worry was so nice ! Thank you Eleanor and Bobby!! We will be back!
The host were wonderful, they checked in on us often to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Eleanor was always quick to respond and the house was absolutely beautiful. It felt like home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would rebook in the future!
