spacious and serene ranch home. Features living room, dining room, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large basement offers washer/dryer on one side, game room on the other. Attached garage for parking and a screened in back porch. Close to hospital, restaurants, and shopping. Local restaurants and bars, Ale House, Provisions Deli, Downtown Bistro, L-City coffee. Take a short drive down route 33 to Hocking Hills to see all they have to offer. The home is spacious and cozy, featuring a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with decorative fireplace and smart TV. 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. One bedroom includes a desk, for remote working. There are 2 full bathrooms. Main bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, while the on-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The large basement features a game room on one side with board games. Pool table and a massage chair. On the other side, you will find a washer and dryer for your use along with all necessary laundry supplies. There is a two car attached garage for on-site parking and a screened in back porch just off the kitchen to just sit and relax. We love this home and have taken special care of it. We hope that you enjoy your stay here and love it too. We welcome long term stays, 40% discount for stays longer than 28 days.

I’ve stayed at different locations but I must say this was the best. Kathie was so kind to me and my family. She made everything so easy in our time of need. We stayed due to my son goes to Columbus to the nationwide hospital. The home is absolutely beautiful. You will feel right at home. It was so peaceful in a great neighborhood. Kathie definitely deserves 10 stars she describes her home completely. My son especially loved the little bibles on the nightstands in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are fully furnished with plenty of towels,wash clothes kitchen has all appliances as well as pots pans etc beautiful dining room beds are so comfortable. There is just so much. Guaranteed no one will be disappointed staying here. Also Kathie is quick to respond to any needs. Me and my family felt right at home. Thank you again Kathie.

Great location makes it easy to get anywhere you need to go in town. Has anything you could need and is probably the cleanest best kept AirBnB I’ve stayed in.

We have stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints! Absolutely beautiful decor for Christmastime and so comfortable. Personal touches from the host were so lovely and as a momma with 2 little ones I so much appreciated how extremely clean it always is. We will most definitely be back!

The Neighborhood consists of single family homes and great neighbors. Kroger’s is nearby, along with Walgreens and Fairfield Medical Center. There are many restaurants to choose from, a variety of fast foods and restaurants are close by. The home is 5 min to downtown Lancaster. Rising park, upcoming festivals, Glass museum, many unique businesses downtown and near by. We are 30 min. to Hocking hills. Old man’s cave is just one of the many attractions in the area. Columbus is approximately 40 min away.
