We provide linen and towels. The main bedroom has it's own ensuite, as well as a private deck which is perfect for morning coffee before the kids rise! There is a separate toilet, as well as a gorgeous sunken bath with views over the hills. Stroll down to the beach and soak in the salt air, return home and rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower, before snuggling up inside by the pellet heater. Total comfort and relaxation, Boutara Beach Escape is where we love to spend our time all year around. The house operates on a grey water system, reverse cycle hot water system, inbuilt composting unit in the sink, double glazed windows, insulated floors, walls and ceiling. The floor acts as a beautiful heat bank in the kitchen and living areas, and there is also a pellet heater for the cooler nights! Each bedroom also has a wall mounted heater for your own comfort.
