Garrett’s home was perfect for our trip. We loved the fire pit outside as well as the spotless kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Garrett was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Garrett's farmhouse with a view was a perfect spot for our family to getaway for Spring Break. The farmhouse is as advertised, super clean throughout, cozy den/family area, comfortable bedrooms and great bathrooms. My kids especially enjoyed the variety of snacks provided and having their own "cubby" area when we walked in the door. Garrett helped us from the moment we booked his place, sending a guide to the area with suggestions so we could plan activities before we arrived. He was also extremely kind and flexible when Mother Nature did not cooperate, after storms and tornados moved through knocking out the power to the entire area the morning of our first full day in Edmond/New River Gorge. He checked on us, brought us flashlights and graciously allowed us to change our reservation when there was still no electricity in the area the next day. Due to weather, we did not get to spend time enjoying the farmhouse views and fire pit area, but we plan to book again this summer!

Really enjoyed our accommodations and the surrounding area. The house was as described and Garrett and wife provided a lot of extras that we were not used to in renting a place. Had a huge yard and the view was fabulous. We enjoyed the fire pit and swings surrounding the pit. It was peaceful and relaxing. We cooked the majority of our meals and had everything that was needed to prepare. The house was located near the hiking trails which we took advantage of each day. A great place to just get away from city life.

We were here to visit New River Gorge national park and the location was perfect! Just down the road. The house itself is WONDERFUL. Spacious, comfy beds, pristinely clean. The setup with the fire pit was great, and the property itself is lovely with great views. Fayetteville nearby has some great, unique restaurants like the Secret Sandwich Society.
