I needed a place to stay while attending a retreat in the area, and Sean’s place was a great fit. Close to the retreat grounds, everything I needed for the weekend stay, quiet house, and easy check out. Nothing fancy, but that’s not why I was booking. Sean was great with communication and flexibility.

I was in Park Rapids for one night and this was the perfect stay. It's within walking distance of the downtown restaurants and shopping stores. The house was clean, and beds were comfortable. Had it been a little warmer, it would have been nice to start a fire outside and sit around the campfire ring (I plan to do that this summer). I will definitely stay at Sean's place on future travels to the Park Rapids area.

I honestly don’t like to give negative reviews but I feel the truth is necessary. While Sean was very nice and responsive, the home wasn’t at all what we expected as a group. It was much smaller than we thought, and it was covered in dog hair which created some issues with allergies for one of the members of our party. We did not realize that when booking this property, that this was in fact his house. So, to be sitting in the living room of a rental with pictures of himself all over was slightly uncomfortable. For someone looking for a small space who doesn’t mind being covered in someone else’s dogs hair, then this is for you!
