Honestly, this was the worst airbnb experience I have ever had and I was thoroughly embarassed to bring my parents along for their first airbnb stay. Getting into the unit was impossible. It took 45 minutes. The code given to me did not work and reaching the property manager (not Julio) proved to be almost pointless. The manager did not listen to me and was extremely rude over the phone at one point saying “do you wanna sit there and argue or do you wanna get in the f***in house?” The lockbox code also did not work. The property manager told me “it works for everyone else but you.” Once the security system was rebooted we were able to get inside.. only to find the floors completely unswept with dirt and dead bugs everywhere. Also almost zero TP. This place is a house that you can maybe stay in.. if you get inside. I’m sure Julio is a great guy but the “property manager” is awful and she will treat you like a number (she reminded me multiple times that she manages over 20 units).

Had a great stay at this place. Was very comfortable with the space and the amenities. Host was responsive when I had to call em. Would book again!

Great host, clean Airbnb, but would not advise to walk late at night. Overall I would come again if I have a business trip near the area again.

The low reviews are solely based on the location, in the neighborhood- gun shots quite often, almost every night. We brought children and the home itself is just not set up for kids to play. No living room. I would just say it’s not kid-friendly since you can’t even walk around the neighborhood. Distance wise to the city was the best part. I also had to clean myself as soon as we got there, fingerprints everywhere, hair everywhere, very dusty. Does not seem like anything was wiped down prior to us coming. Cleaning definitely needs to be worked on as I read this same issue in multiple reviews. Unfortunately it was a last minute booking for us, but we did make the best of it. Julio himself was a great host.
