Sit back and relax with a cup of coffee/tea and take in the great views of the harbor, Cascade Mountains and Mt. Rainier! This one-bedroom apartment has separate heating for the bedroom, allowing you to tailor the room to your optimal comfort level. I have provided brand new pillowtop memory foam mattress, both gusseted and standard pillows, as well as down comforters for both summer and winter season. I want your sleep to be the best it can be! Kitchen - Features a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels. We also provide cooking oil and a wide assortment of spices. When you need to relax and unwind from the day, take a seat on the IKEA SÖDERHAMN couch and turn on the 55" HD television and catch up on some shows you missed or explore your favorite youtube channels. For those traveling with little ones, I have a small bath tub, high chair, and pack and play available for your use. - Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed + Pack N Play (with mattress and sheets) - Living Room: Queen-size Murphy bed + IKEA SÖDERHAMN couch - 1 Full bathroom with a shower/tub - WiFi: We have high-speed internet throughout the entire house. - Parking: We provide 1 free off-street spot (first-come-first-serve), as well as unlimited free street parking in front of the house couch. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 0. Do you have Air Conditioner/AC? Yes, we do! Although the PNW and Seattle climates generally don't require AC and you won't find many places equipped with AC, we are prepared for the occasional hot days in the summertime. We have a brand new Hisense portable air conditioner in the living room that cools off the space quickly and quietly. We also will have window AC installed in the bedroom soon (ETA in June). 1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed. 2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels and dish soap in the Kitchen. 3. What does the kitchen include? – You will have access to a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle, blender, drip coffee machine and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is also equipped with cooking oil and various spices. 4. Do you allow pets? – Yes, we do have a pet fee of $125 per stay. We allow up to 3 pets per reservation but the second pet has an extra fee of $50 (In total $175 in case you bring 2 pets). Please send us a message right before or right after you book, so we can coordinate it properly. 5. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 3:00 PM and you must check out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions. 6. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check-in for 50% of the daily rate. 7. What type of unit is this one? You are booking 1 apartment in a 3 family house. The place you are booking is on the 2nd floor and it is a 1 bed/1 bath unit. 8. How fast is the internet? Our download speed is as fast as 400 Mbps. The service is very reliable and the mesh wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues. 9. Do you offer laundry? Yes! The unit has a laundry room with washer and dryer for use. We ask that guests clean out the lint traps after each use and take care not to put anything unusual in the machines. We try to provide laundry detergent but can not always guarantee it. Safeway is up the street if you need anything. 10. How does the parking work? – There is 1 parking spot available in front of the house but it comes at a first come first serve basis. Extra vehicles can use the on street parking right in front of the house. 11. Do you allow parties? We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a $250 fine + $20 for each unauthorized guest. Your reservation will be canceled without a refund and neighbors can even call the police. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.
