The very central location gives enormous value to the building in which our accommodation is located: very close to Ponterosso, Piazza Unità, Piazza della Borsa, Trieste Central Station and Piazza Oberdan. The apartment is characterized by comfortable spaces, privacy, great attention to furnishings and artistic details. The accommodation consists of a spacious living room with a very large sofa with chaise longue, dining room and TV. We then find a comfortable open-plan designer kitchen with a peninsula suitable for 4 people, complete with all appliances (including washing machine and dishwasher) and the essentials to prepare a lunch or dinner on your own. We then find three bedrooms, equipped with comfortable and spacious closets and shoe racks, usable by guests: a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, suitable for up to 5 people max. Finally, the apartment has the "Triestine Bathroom," composed as follows: a small, but lovely half bath (with toilet, bidet and sink) and a second (SEPARATE) and modern bathroom, with very large glass shower stall and sink. Each guest will be greeted with a personal welcome kit and a complete set of soft towels, sheets, blankets, comforters, and everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, our apartment has television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (ATTENTION: we only have one A/C split in the open space kitchen; in any case it is quite cool). The apartment is located on the second floor and does NOT have an elevator (there is only one flight of stairs!) You will be able to check in from 3 p.m. From the moment of your arrival and for any eventuality, we are at your disposal from 8 am to 12 am. In fact, a Concierge service is available through chat, to whom you can ask any necessary questions or simply ask for some advice to make your stay in Trieste as pleasant as possible. You will be able to check out by 10 a.m. The city tax is 2 euros per night per guest for the first 5 nights. If interested, we have an interesting agreement with a guarded private garage.
