Die Unterkunft hat eine fantastische Lage, sehr nahe an der U Bahn Earls Court. Man erreicht sie von Heathrow direct mit der Picadilly Line. Die Beschreibung der Treppe ist auf Deutsch zu ungenau. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock mit 5 Treppenabsätzen. Die Treppe ist sehr abgenutzt und deshalb nur für fitte Personen einfach nutzbar.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 months and it was absolutely perfect. The space is small but very cozy. Love the natural light, bed is comfy and the room was spotless when we arrived. It’s a steep climb up to the room but it didn’t bother us. Julio is incredible. Communication 10/10. We would definitely stay here again!

I had various problems with this place: I was made to pay insurance which I didn’t expect and also normally assures you that you will get an extra clean and well maintained accommodation. However the boiler was broken so I couldn’t use my shower for the first 24 hours. The biggest towel I was given was barely big enough to wrap around me and I’m a size 8. Anyone bigger would have used it as a hair towel. The whole apartment needs a bit of un upgrade. The bathroom needs a deep clean (pubes in the bath and broken shower head) the bed had a queen sized sheet instead of an elasticated top sheet so after an hour the whole bed came unmade. Julio who let me in was very kind and did his best to fix the boiler asap however the person I spoke to by message seemed to be fake. I’m pretty sure it was AI automated. Ps They offer to store your bag if you arrive early and then ask for £25. Insane fee.

Really nice apartment and pretty much is as described. Host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Julio was so pleasant and polite on check in. Only minor issues were the lack of bin space, had to carry rubbish such as takeaway packaging down 5 flights of stairs and then come back up for coats and bags etc. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great central place to stay, quiet and clean. Julio who will help you get into the building and up to your room is the most kindest person, he gave us great recommendations for restaurants and how to use transport around Earls Court. Trust everything he recommends. Veena responds very quickly to questions that were asked and we felt safe in and around the apartment. Thanks again Veena.
