Enjoy this bourbon-themed home conveniently located less than 10 mins away from downtown Bardstown and less than 15 min drive from many wineries & distilleries such as James Beam, Heaven Hill & Willet - to name a few! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sits off the main highway and features a covered outdoor seating area. There is plenty of space to spread out and for your pets to enjoy too! We have made updates to the home but it still has some quirks that we are working on in between stays. This 1300 sq ft home sits off the main highway in between a Baptist church and auto glass repair shop. While outside, the highway traffic can be noisy but it melts away once you are inside. Enjoy the privacy of not being in a neighborhood and unwinding on the outdoor patio. There is a large grassy area surrounding the home for you and your pet to enjoy too! The long gravel driveway provides plenty of parking space for multiple cars or if towing a trailer. This cozy 3 bedroom house features a queen-sized memory foam mattress in each bedroom. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom & there is a secondary bathroom located in the hallway. There are pocket doors in between the kitchen, dining room and the laundry room that are left open but can be closed. There is also a sliding patio door off the kitchen for easy outdoor access or for letting your dog outside to use the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a traditional drip coffee maker. Ground coffee, filters and sugar packets are supplied. There is not a dishwasher, dishes must be hand washed and cleaning supplies are provided. A washer machine and dryer are located off the dining room. Laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets are provided for guests to use too.
