Welcome to our modern 2-story Palm Springs retreat minutes from downtown! Located in a gated community, our newly renovated space features modern decor/comfortable furnishings, perfect for a family or group of friends. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private yard with hot tub, gas grill, high-speed WiFi, HUE lighting & 4 smart TVs with streaming services. We hope you'll choose to stay with us and experience all that our charming city has to offer! 29 Night Minimum Stay. Our 2 story home features floor to ceiling windows with views of the mountains and the community. There are 2 owner’s suites each with their own bathroom and access to the 2nd floor terrace, a loft with a futon bed for an extra sleeping space, a large fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a guest bathroom, a living room with a large couch (for an additional sleeping space) as well as an amazing home theater and record player. The private backyard features a spool (a small pool with hot tub capabilities), dining area, beverage cooler, a Weber gas grill and a tv perfect for lounging and enjoying the beauty of the mountains and palm trees.

Spent a month here enjoying everything Palm Spring has to offer. The space looks just like the photos; very clean, and had everything I needed. The outdoor TV was a real treat with the hot tub going! Michael is a super responsive host and he was able to answer any questions I had during my stay. I would definitely return to stay here again!
This was a fantastic month stay in Palm Springs. Michael, the host, was super proactive, friendly and responsive. The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we needed. And the location was about 6 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Highly recommend!

We were totally blown away with the very impressive Mountain Views this beautiful property offers! The HOT TUB and MASTER BATH SHOWER were just delightful. The designer kitchen complemented by the outdoor gas grill add the finishing touches to a marvelous vacation experience! We definitely plan on rebooking this venue on our next trip to Palm Springs!
Neighbors in this gated community were extremely friendly. House is close to downtown and some great restaurants, the Tram & hiking trails, but it also was easy to get to Palm Desert or Rancho Mirage to explore. An amazing, modern and well furnished house. Open floor plan with high ceilings. Windows, windows windows… airy and bright. Big screen TV’s in every room. Great kitchen, with everything we needed. The bedrooms each had their own very nice bathrooms and were comfortable and spacious. Plenty of closet space. The best though is the private backyard… a covered eating area, an amazing “Spool” (Pool/Jacuzzi) that was perfect to end the day with. Big screen TV was great for Football Sunday! There’s a great gas BBQ as well. Michael couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He was super responsive all the way from check-in to check-out . as well as just checking in between that everything was going well. I highly recommend this rental for anyone’s Palm Springs stay.
